Jehovah-Bore (pronounced: yeh-ho-vaw' bo-ray'): The Lord Creator
In the opening verse of the Bible, we are introduced to God as the Creator: "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth" (Genesis 1:1, ESV). The Hebrew term "Bore" means "to create" or "to shape," indicating God's sovereign power to bring something out of nothing.

This foundational verse sets the tone for God's creative nature. He is the source of all life, the author of the universe, and everything within it. By His word, God brings forth light, shapes the land and seas, and fills them with life.

Here, God is described as an everlasting Creator, emphasizing His eternal nature and His unending strength and wisdom. Unlike human creators, God never grows weary; His creative power is limitless.
